Adobe VIP Marketplace Terms and Conditions

• Any Reseller Company who wishes to purchase licenses on behalf of an End User Company must first register as an Adobe Reseller prior to ordering an Adobe product by accepting the Adobe Reseller terms and conditions in the "My Account" section in the MC3 Cloud Storefront. If you need assistance with the procedure, please submit a support request from the Storefront.
• For an Adobe subscription to be valid, the ordering process requires the Adobe container product (Adobe VIP Marketplace Service) as well as the required product or products in the form of Add-ons to be added inside the Adobe VIP Marketplace Service (container product).
• By Adobe policies, an End User Account (Customer Account) can only be associated to one unique email address (administration email). This means that the Adobe container product (Adobe VIP Marketplace Service) will be linked to the registered email address in the End User Account (Customer Account).
• You cannot add more than one Adobe container product (Adobe VIP Marketplace Service) in the same End User Account (Customer Account).
• You can purchase additional Adobe products (add-ons) on the existing Adobe container product (Adobe VIP Marketplace Service).
• Multiple subscriptions for the same Adobe product (add-on) are not allowed. For additional licenses of an existing product, you must increase the existing subscription quantity.
• Each Adobe order is treated individually, and therefore, Volume Discounts are available and are automatically calculated based on the order quantity and the existing Discount Level of the Customer's Adobe Account.
• Cancellation of an Adobe order is only available during the first fourteen CALENDAR days (14) of an executed order.
• Cancellations are limited to the entire order or a product line inside the order (if the order contains multiple products, you may cancel one of the products but not modify the cancellation quantity).
• ALL subscriptions are automatically renewed and invoiced unless a renewal cancellation request is submitted or a request to disable automatic renewal is received with at least 3 BUSINESS days in advance of the end of the current subscription term.
• Upgrading and downgrading actions are not possible.
• Trials are not available.
• The prices displayed on the storefront are non-contractual. Only the rates calculated in the basket will be applied and invoiced in correlation with the current rates and promotions.
