Microsoft New Commerce Experience Billing Terms

The MC3 platform currently supports two Microsoft New Commerce billing terms:

  • Monthly Commitment with Monthly Payments
    (shown in the Storefront as "Monthly")

  • Annual Commitment with Annual Payments
    (shown in the Storefront as "Annually")

Microsoft New Commerce Experience Cancellation Policy

Only Cancellation for any item within 7 calendar days, will be afforded a prorated refund (proration calculated daily). After those 7 calendar days, NO CANCELLATION is available and you will still be billed for the FULL SUBSCRIPTION TERM (applicable to any billing plan).
